There can be a lot of reasons that leads someone to look to a therapist for support. Some of the areas often I work with includes Technology Abuse, School Refusal or Avoidance, Self-Harm, Trauma, Grief, Loss, Attachment Issues, Family Conflict and Communication, Anxiety, Depression, Unhealthy Boundaries and Life Balance.

Unfortunately, this is hard to answer. Everyone’s has a set of unique circumstances and needs. which determines the length of treatment. It depends on a number of factors like your goals, your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the concerns that are driving you to seek counseling.

The quickest and easiest way to request an appointment is through the client portal (yes, even if you are a new client!). You can also contact me form, phone or email to schedule an appointment. If I don’t answer your call, I’ll make sure to get back to you within one business day. If you have an emergency, please visit your nearest emergency room or call 911.

It's important for you to feel like you’re making the best choice for yourself in finding a therapist. Generally, consultations last about 15 minutes via phone or online.
During this time, I can answer any questions that you have, or we can just chat to see if there is a vibe. The most important part of this consultation is determining if you feel like we would be a good fit to work together.
